As opposed to Rand's hero/heroine, Lelouch can't do anything and everything, he's not as cold as a rock, and although Rand might admire his ability to disregard public disfavor, she might be a little disappointed that his sister complex is what ultimately halts his brilliant plans of douchery, not the angry masses. In short, if Geass were The Fountainhead, Rand would have to grudgingly hire Lelouch as Roark because no one else fits the bill as close.
